Todd has been working with small business clients and individuals since 1996 in the capacity of a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a fee-based financial advisor. Since becoming a member of the Summit Wealth Advisors team, Todd has fully devoted his time to serving and developing the firm’s wealth management clients.
Although the accounting profession was the focus of Todd’s academic training he wanted to concentrate on an area that was more proactive and had a longer range planning orientation. Having worked in public accounting for several years, Todd found his knowledge and experiences were easily transferrable to the financial planning profession. After much research, he decided to leave the accounting profession and focus his efforts on helping his clients plan for their futures while continuing to utilize his tax and accounting experiences.
